How much will my repair cost?

The cost of repairs varies greatly depending on the issue, parts required, and labor involved. Once our diagnostic fee is paid and we've assessed your equipment, we'll provide a detailed quote before any work begins.

How much are diagnostic fees? 
Diagnostics for 2 strokes is $35
Diagnostics for 4 cycles is $50

What are your typical turnaround times?

Turnaround time is highly dependent on the brand, age, and complexity of the diagnostic. It's not based on when the equipment was dropped off, but rather the time needed for thorough assessment and parts acquisition. We always aim to complete repairs efficiently while ensuring quality.

Do you offer pickup or delivery services?

We do offer pickup and deliver but please contact us directly to discuss options for pickup and delivery services. We strive to be as accommodating as possible for our customers.

What brands do you work on?

We specialize in working on a wide variety of brands, and unlike many shops, we pride ourselves on fixing equipment that others turn away due to age, brand, or difficulty in finding parts. Bring it to us, and we'll do our best!

Do we work on other things?
Yes, we are not limited to lawn care type equipment specifically. We offer trailer repairs, marine repairs, farm equipment dependent on size, and many other items. 

Are your mechanics certified?

Yes, our team is certified in Kawasaki, Honda and Sthil, with extensive experience across various equipment types and other brands, ensuring your repairs are handled by skilled professionals. We're proud of our expertise and commitment to quality service.

What is your process for diagnostic and repair payments?

To get started, a set diagnostic fee must be paid upfront. Once we've identified the problem, we'll contact you with a detailed quote for the repair. Parts fees over $80 are required in advance for ordering. All remaining fees for labor and lesser parts are due upon pickup or delivery of your equipment.

Do we replace tires?
Yes, although not in house we have access to tire suppliers and shops to have your tires replaced.

What should I know about 2 stroke engines and fuel?

For 2 stroke engines, using old gas or incorrectly mixed fuel is a common culprit for equipment failure. Cheap fuel often leads to costly repairs. Always use fresh, properly mixed fuel to prolong the life of your equipment and avoid unnecessary expenses.

Do we have new engines on hand?

No, although we do not have engines in house, we do have access to all makes and brands to be ordered in. Prices will vary depending on size and availability. If you need a new engine, cost will have to be paid in advance to place the order.

Why is preventative maintenance important?

Preventative maintenance is crucial! Regular upkeep goes a long way in keeping your equipment running smoothly, preventing breakdowns, and significantly reducing the likelihood of expensive repairs down the line. It's an investment that saves you money in the long run.

Do you offer payment plans or trades?

We understand that times can be hard, so we offer flexible payment plans. In some cases, we are open to discussing trades for equal value of labor costs, provided that parts fees have already been paid. We aim to find solutions that work for you.

How do you take payments?
We prefer cash just for the face-to-face interactions; however we do take online payments through cash-app. Checks accepted on a case-by-case basis and will be cashed before services are rendered. 

Where are you located?
We are located in Henderson, Tx which is an east Texas town located an hour from Tyler, Texas and three hours from Dallas Texas. Were also an hour and a half from Shreveport, La.
